  • • 30 years experience with juniors and start-ups (Spirit Energy, Targa Energy, Triple 8 Energy, Canadian Leader Energy (Centurion Energy Int’l.), Charger Energy, Extreme Energy, Andora Energy, Encanto Potash Corp) 

  • • Extensive First Nations experience in oil and gas and potash since 2003.

  • • Graduate University of Alberta 1976

Ross Moulton, V.P. Exploration

  • • 40+ years industry experience worldwide with majors and juniors

  • • 13 years with start‐ups (Andora Energy, Arapahoe Energy, Extreme Energy, Encanto Potash Corp.)

  • • Discovered over 50 million barrels of reserves in multi zone basins worldwide

  • • Extensive First Nations experience since 1996

Bob Gillies,C.A.,Chief Financial Officer

  • • Over 30 years experience, the past 10 years extensively with junior public companies.

  • • Considerable experience with start-ups.

C. Doug Carter, B.A., Director

  • • Independent Buisnessman and Petroleum Landman

  • • Mr. Carter previously worked for Pan Canadian Petroleum Limited, Dome Petroleum Ltd., Bralorne Resources Ltd., Signalta Resources Ltd. and Amethyst Petroleums Ltd.

Nhan Le, C.A., Director

  • • Chartered accountant specializing in taxation

  • • From 1985-1990 Mr. Le was employed by Unocal Canada where he became a specialist in oil and gas joint venture audit and taxation

  • • In 1999, Mr. Le was appointed Director, Taxation at Canadian Airlines International Ltd. ("CAIL"), responsible for all tax matters. Since the acquisition of CAIL by Air Canada in 2000, Mr. Le continues to serve Air Canada in his capacity as Director, Taxes and has been involved with a number of complex corporate transactions at Air Canada including the formation of ACE Aviation Holdings Ltd. ("ACE") and the subsequent IPO spin-offs of ACE's subsidiary units; Aeroplan, Jazz and Air Canada
